This guide will help you calibrate the DF220 weight display.

Default resolution (decimals) is 0.1. If you want higher resolution then you must set "Affic" before calibration. See AFFIC section bellow.

Default calibration steps:

Press 2 times ’P’
The display will show flashing *CONFI*
Hold ’P’ until it stops flashing
Now 00 is Flashing in the Display
Change the value to 38 using +/- Keys ( Password )
Hold ’P’ until value stops flashing ( Acknowledge )

1. Display will now flash between ’Brut’ and a number.
Enter this number in "BRUT A" field bellow.

2. Load a know weight (enter the weight in "tot kg" field)

3. Now read the Brut value in display and enter in "Brut B" field

4. Default factor is 10

COEFA Result:

 

Press ‘P’ until ’COEFA’ is flashing in the display
Hold ’P’ until it stop flashing
Change the value to the "COEFA Result" value, by the +/- keys
Acknowledge by hold ’P’

TARA / Zero weight

Press 1time on ’P’ then it starts flashing ’TARA’

Hold ’P’ until it stops flashing
Change the value to ’0’ by use of the +/- keys.

Acknowledge by hold ’P’ a few seconds.

Change AFFIC 

Press 2 times ’P’
The display will show flashing *CONFI*
Hold ’P’ until it stops flashing
Now 00 is Flashing in the Display
Change the value to 38 using +/- Keys ( Password )
Hold ’P’ until value stops flashing ( Acknowledge )

 

Press ’P’ a number of times until ’ Affic ’ and a number 
Hold ’P’ until ’Affic’ stops flashing 
A number is now flashing
Change by +/- to ? number of digits in readig kg
1 in kg only ie. xxxxx. kg
0,1 in 100 gram step ie. xxxx.x kg
0,01 in 10 gram step ie. xxx.xx kg
0,001 in 1 gram step ie. xx.xxx kg
Acknowledge by hold ’P’ until it stops flashing

If reading step is 1000 gram, Factor is 1
If reading step is 100 gram, Factor is 10
If reading step is 10 gram, Factor is 100
If reading step is 1 gram, Factor is 1000
