This guide will help you calibrate the AS300 weight Control.
Default resolution (decimals) is 0.1. If you want higher resolution then you must set "DISPL" before calibration. See Display section bellow.
Default calibration steps:
Enter technician menu:
Press 2 times on "arrow up"
The display will show flashing "CONFIG"
Press on "SET" to change the value to 38 using +/- Keys
Press on "SET" to Acknowledge
Set decimals:
1. Press "arrow up" until you see "DISPL" blinking
2. Press on "SET" to change the decimals using +/- Keys
3. Press on "SET" to Acknowledge
Calibrate:
1. Press "arrow up" until you see "GROSS"
2. Now read the Gross value in display and enter in "Brut A" field
3. Load a known weight (enter the weight in "tot kg" field)
4. Now read the Gross value in display and enter in "Brut B" field
5. Enter the factor depending on the number of decimals.
nnnnn = Factor 1
nnnn.n = Factor 10
nnn.nn = Factor 100
nn.nnn = Factor 1000
Press ‘arrow up’ until ’COEFA’ is flashing in the display
Press ’SET’ and change the value to the "COEFA Result" value, by the +/- keys
Acknowledge by press ’SET’
TARA / Zero weight
Press 1 time on ’arrow up’ so ’CALIB’ is diplayed
press ’SET’ and change the value to ’0’ by use of the +/- keys.
Acknowledge by pres ’SET’
If reading step is 1000 gram, Factor is 1
If reading step is 100 gram, Factor is 10
If reading step is 10 gram, Factor is 100
If reading step is 1 gram, Factor is 1000
